The client portal
We give you an access code. You use it once to create your profile, then you can sign in any time to complete your ACA Reporting Information Forms — coverage offered, self-only premiums, eligibility and probationary rules, coverage begin and end dates, and (for first-time filings) your measurement, administrative and stability periods.
- • Save a draft and come back to it
- • Submit when it's complete — we review it on our side
- • Filing with us before? You'll see a shorter, coverage-only version
1. Whether you offer ACA-compliant coverage to full-time employees, their spouse and dependents — and whether ownership includes other EINs at 80%+.
2. Whether you're self-insured or partially self-insured, and any HRA offering.
3. The monthly employee-only (self-only) premium — by plan period if your plan year isn't a calendar year.
4. Probationary period length, who it applies to, and how re-hires are treated.
5. Exactly when coverage begins and ends relative to hire, probation and termination dates, plus any exceptions.
6. First-time filings only: your stability period start, administrative period length, and measurement period start and length — for both ongoing and new variable-hour employees.
